LS&Co. DE&I Impact Report

Leading the charge in transparency and accountability, my team spearheaded the creation of LS&Co.'s first-ever DE&I Impact Report. This now annual project demands seamless cross-functional collaboration, strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail. Each report goes through an exhaustive review process, including rigorous legal scrutiny, to ensure its accuracy and integrity. As the person overseeing the project for my team, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the impact of the DE&I initiatives that are in place globally. I’m proud of being part of this project and this work because it stands as a testament to our commitment to driving meaningful change and truly fostering a culture of inclusivity at LS&Co.
