A Good Fit For All Photo Shoot

We put together a photo shoot with a talented local photographer to help us capture photos of our employees in a unconventional manner for our 2024 Open Enrollment Guide. In year’s past, the guides caused issues with the ELT because it always leveraged stock photography which, of course, meant that the people in the photos weren’t wearing our brands. Additionally, we felt that for something like these guides, it would be meaningful if we featured our own employees. The photos below are a result of the shoot. We received a lot of praise for the approach and they served us well with not only the guide but other benefits-related collateral throughout the year.
