Makers Wanted.

An employer brand campaign designed to attract people who identify as makers, innovators, creators and problem-solvers. The type of people who will help us create the solutions that change the way the world works. The campaign included not only a video that was different than anything ever created at Rockwell Automation, but also a strong set of surround sound, including blog posts that profiled individuals from the commercial, social media posts and an internal marketing campaign to drive employee advocacy.
